Electricity pt. 2

This is a series circuit with 2 bulbs and 1 battery.

This is a parallel circuit with 2 bulbs and 1 battery.

- The difference between a series and a parallel circuit is the parallel circuit splits apart and a series circuit goes through one path.

- Voltage and current in a circuit is.....
-- Voltage is how quickly the electrons move around the circuit. If we speed with the voltage the electrons move faster.  Voltage is the amount of energy the electrons are carrying.  We set the amount of voltage.
--Current is how fast and slow the electrons go.

Why a string of Christmas  tree lights be parallel not series ?
A string of Christmas tree lights would be a parallel circuit because if the lights are in a series if one bulb breaks so will the rest of the bulbs  because they are in a loop/ a continuous circuit but with a parallel circuit that one bulb would only break and the others would still be on.
